I lose
the mobo has no onboard video, so I will have to go over budget to get
video
also I have no CD-Rom drive to install the os, (i had intended on a dvd
combo drive as some of yu may remember)

anyhow its a new week, and I'm going to find a nice cheaper video card,
(raedon 9200se)does anyone know what kind of outputs are provided for audio
on the nf7-s abit? I need rca, or I will have to upgrade the sound soon down
the road. or i quess I could just splice the minipin jack to a couple of rca
leads, and fake it.

ohh another mistake, i just noticced that is going to mess me up.
the psu is a Super ATX unit, i tmay not even fit inside the case. I might
have to mount it outside. We'll call it frankinputer, i didn't get but the
one volcano cpu cooler, maybe I will cut a hole in the side of the case and
put a phat blower like those that dry ones hands at elegant dining
establishments such as Mc. Donalds.

and the ram I got is of unknown make, it could be some really crappy genero
ram!

anyway, its not a gaming monster. if I had spent more wisely i would bee a
little happier. Overbudget and underpaid oh well

Unless that Super ATX supply is a used or surplus item, it has to be
garbage because there's no such thing as a brand-new quality 550W
supply for just $10.99. This is no bargain, and it's a much worse
deal when the shipping charges almost triple the price because for
another $20-30 you could have bought a high quality supply capable of
putting out more power despite being rated for only 350-400W. Worse,
low quality supplies are not only more likely to fail but also more
likely to destroy the computer when they do.

Test it for at least 12 hours straight with MemTest86, and reject it
if even a single error appears, assuming the BIOS settings are
correct. You can use other diagnostics, but always include MemTest86
because it's much better than most of them. If you find errors,
insist on new RAM, and don't accept the seller's word that it passed
their tests, which are usually superficial.
