What would be a good, available Budget AMD Micro ATX motherboard,
that has on board 2d/3d video (no need for cutting edge though), 4x
AGP,USB 2.0, and takes either DDR or SD ram? Maybe 3 PCI and a CNR/AMR
slot (2 PCI seems small).
All other features would be typical.

TV out and firewire would be a bonus.

I'd like it , a 1400-2000 Duron, and maybe a cooler, to be
around/under $100us.

You can get a motherboard bundle with Asus A7V8X-MX , XP 1500+ processor
and $7 mwave brand cooler for $102 from www.mwave.com Note that that's no
memory, but I think that's the closest you will come to what you are looking
for. Durons still available seem to max out around 1300 and the slowest XP
processors available seem to start around 1500-1700, if you can find

We can get Durons in 1300, 1400, 1600 and 1800Mhz clock speeds at present.
