BSOD STOP: 0x000000D1 symfw.sys Please Help!!

Experiencing random BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). Always seems to involve the
file symfw.sys which is part of the Symantec Client Services (aka corporate
versions of Symantec Firewall & Antivirus v10.0.2.2000)

This is on a Gateway Laptop running WinXP Home SP2. Wirelessesly connected
to network. Not sure what else would be usefull for you to know.

Symantec's Website is no help.

1 > create a new folder on the desktop and call it "dumpcheck" or whatever
you like
2 > navigate to %systemroot%\minidump and copy the last few minidump files
to that folder.%systemroot% is normally c:\windows. They are numbered by
date. You can paste that address in address bar to get there.
3 > close the folder and right click on it and select Send to Compressed
(zipped) Folder.
4 > Upload the Minidumps to any free web hosting and give us the link
