BSOD problem

Hello all,

Recently I bought the Asus A6JA-Q007H laptop.

After few days I get BSOD screen BAD_POOL_HEADER stop:0x00000019 message
several times .
Another BSOD was BAD_POOL_CALLER and _Equal .(Only 1 time)

Most of the time they appear random like 2-3 times a day .
It seems to me that it got something to do with internet , but I am not sure .

I also reinstalled fresh windows xp home , but the BSOD appear back the same
day .(BAD_POOL_CALLER).

My specs:
Intel Core Duo T2300 1,6 GHz
1024Mb DDRII 533 (1 module of 1Gb)
ATI Mobility Radeon X1600
100 GB (4200 rpm)

I would return it to your retailer since it hasn't been long. Even after the
fresh install, how long did it take for the error to start happening again?

Hi Will,
Thank for your quick response.
Already read it carefully , but can't find the fix or any type of solution.

about 6 hours after I installed antivirus and firewall applications.

Well with a fresh install and antivirus that pretty much rules out malware.
Are the antivirus and firewire programs you're installing Windows Logo'd (as
in, are the definatly "designed for Windows XP" with the seal of approval?
