BSOD on bootuo.just before i get to windows

stop (0X0000007B,0XC0000034,0X00000000,00000, "set up did not find any hard
difsk drives installed i9n your computer. it does make any sense. i just
recently install a new one and also have another one for files this is 3rd
hard drive i revently installed in winXP dell , dimm8400 3.4ghz/2gb ram. the
hard drives are ok and show both in the setup. larry any help would be
appreciated. been to dell tech and they are sending another HDD. also this
pc doesnt have a floopy drive and the boot up says it cant find it nin BIOS.

Are the jumper settings correct?

The floppy thing is an annoyance you can fix by entering the BIOS setup
pragram and disabling it.
 
O7b is an unmountable boot volume.
Are you installing SATA hard drives? You will need to load the SATA drivers
(which Dell doesn't send with the PC)

i finally reconfigured the settings in BIOS. and 30 min ago once i disabled
the floppy and / had to set to RAID and it booted up ok. the time was off a
year too. SATA DRIVES NOW OK. THANKS FELLAS. i been on that for 2 days.
