BSOD: MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS

Using WinXP Pro, I've received the above message several
times now. I leave the machine running 24x7 while
downloading via P2P systems (Kazaa and Overnet). WinXP
firewall is used. Plenty of disk space. The machine has
been stable for most of the two years I've had it.

The error occurs while I am away, possibly during power
saving mode where I allow the monitor, but not hard drives,
to power down. Standby and Hibernation are disabled. I
don't know what other information is relevant but will be
happy to provide anything needed.

How can I solve this?
