BSOD each time I install any software.

Everytime I install any software then reboot, I get the BSOD. All codes
are 0 at top of screen.
Repeated reboots does not clear the problem.
The only solution I've found is to startup in Safe Mode then restart. I
take no action at all while in Safe Mode.
No other anomolies with the computer.

chkdsk /f
All SP's and patches.
Anti-virus running.
Spysweeper installed.
 
To be able to see the blue screen stop message; Control
Panel|System|Advanced|Startup and Recovery, I usually like to uncheck
"Automatically reboot" this way you get a chance to read the stop error.
