BSOD 1000008e, Suspect Nvidia Go5200 driver

I get this BSOD 1000008e almost every day on RC1 and RC2. I suspect the
"optional" update of Nvidia GeForce FX Go5200 driver from awhile back. Has
anyone seen this error or could tell me what in the world it could be?
