Browsing... Then Error Report Sent

J

Whenever I browse certain websites like Amazon.com,
IMDB.com, EW.com and some others an error report pops up
that reads:

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

and the error report sends this type of information...
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: comctl32.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106 Offset: 0003d7bb

Then it asks to either send an error report or to not
send... Can anyone assist in disabling this or correct
this... Is this some form of virus or is this a
common 'bad thing'... help

Can anyone assist in disabling this

Try helping yourself? XP? Press Win-Break and click on Advanced
then on Error Reporting...

Alternatively press Win-F1 and enter "Error Reporting" in the search box.
