Browsing internet without stored web pages

Dear all,

I would like to know if there are any methods to make sure
the web pages i access is most update?

and if i change the setting option "Every visit to the
page" under "Internet Options" > "Settings". is this
setting really bypass local cache? any document related to
this problem?

When you first go to that page in the it should be refresh.
However some news paper sites, Stock market etc... will revise the content
and only you can refresh the page when you feel like it.

Some site may include a META TAG to refresh the page on a timely basis.
