Browser window size of a quarter

when I try and open a new browser window the apge opens
up at the size of a quarter. Some open to full screen
size and some open to a quarter. Any help out there?

Try clicking on the maximize button on the upper right hand corner of the
screen, then middle button.

It that does work, pass the cursor over the right hand side edge of the
screen until you get a double ended arrow <---->. Then hold the left mouse
button down while you drag the side of the screen to the size you want, full
to the right side of the monitor screen. Repeat for the three other sides.
Close Explorer and see if the screen will retains the new sizing. (If you
are left handed, reverse mouse button instructions.)

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
