Browser will not close

Some of my explorer 6 windows will not close. Theonly way
to close these is to use the task Manager with the Cntrl-
Alt-del sequence. How can I fix this problem please?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
