browser stalling

Hi, sometimes when I am browsing, internet explorer will
stall. That is, it will take a much longer time than
normal to load the page. Then it will return to loading as
normal. My IP is being provided through a DSL modem. After
the problem happens, it goes back to normal. No error
message occurs. Refreshing the page does not help.

Any help in resolving this is greatly appreciated.

It's probably server problems.
I've been having such problems with msnews.microsoft.com today.
