Browser service

My browser service keeps going in and out on my network.
It is driving me and my users crazy! I upgrades from NT4
to 2000 Server last June, and it's been like this every
since. I've searched the knowledgebase and did everything
Microsoft recomends to resolve this problem but to no
avail. Can anyone help me?
 
any errors on event viewer?
