Browser problems

hi all
Been having some serious problems this morning with event log errors etc.

We have a 3 dc in our domain
One of the errors reads

"Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BROWSER
Event Category: None
Event ID: 8021
Date: 10/05/2004
Time: 10:07:19 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SERVER
Description:
The browser was unable to retrieve a list of servers from the browser master
\\FILESERVER on the network
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{5E6F47E4-85E3-40ED-A3E1-D3938384A9DE}. The data is the
error code.
Data:
0000: 40 00 00 00 @... "

This has been happening for a few days know
Any ideas what to check for

This can be triggered by many things. For more details look at Q188305.
Misconfigured dual NIC cards or dual NICs in the same subnet are a very
common reason. A misconfigured WINS can also be the source.

What has changed when this started? What OS are you running on the DCs and
clients?
