Browser problem

i no longer can open multiple instances of IE6. When I try there is only
one. I use to be able to now it doesn't happen. I've tried to remove any spy
where or ad ware and checked with the latest virus checker - still no help.
Also I am gettin a navidation issue. When I open certain links the back and
forward navidation arrows are dimmed. I tried to reinstall IE through
program manager same problem. running xp

Anyone who could help me with this is greatly appreciated.

Did you install any popup stopper software? Things like the Google
toolbar have popup blockers that block extra explorer windows from
appearing. Usually, holding down either the SHIFT key or ALT key when
clicking a link will turn it off temporarily and allow other popups to
appear. That will pretty much tell you if you have that type of
software installed or not.
