Browser is branded by Familink and proxy server1.familink.com

my internet explorer browser has been branded by familink
and I can not remove it. I now have dsl with msn and I am
having problems with Proxy server 1.familink.com. Any
Ideas as how to fix these two issues?
 
How to remove branding.
To remove all Internet Explorer branding, follow these steps:
1. Click Start.
2. Click Run.
3. Type

rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear

and then click OK.

4. Restart Internet Explorer.

No idea on your second issue which appears unrelated to the cosmetic
branding problem.
