Browser Hikacked

I believe my browser has been hikacked by mysearch. I
have my homepage set to yahoo.com. When I do a search on
Yahoo - instead of bringing back yahoo search results -
it goes to mysearch.com and tried to open other webpages
like ebay.

I am using WIN xp pro and I have tried to do a system
restore to various dates and it will not restore.

Any help & ideas?
