Browser help

i have IE 6.0. every time i try to use such sites as
yahoo.com and sign into my geocities site to edit my web
site, IE closes unexpectedly. It also does this for other
sites to which it may have to load something. It also
does this on AOL. I have ran spyware, I have cleared the
cache. this is the message i have gotten as far as an
error report goes. by the way i have windowsXp
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:
mshtml.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1400 Offset: 0000b76d
that is the error report information.

someone please explain how i can use IE and aol browsers
reliably! i am getting quite frustrated . please e-mail

. now isn't that better

ie is only good for windows updates.
