Browser has gliche

[Rogue]

My browser always say "The page cannot be displayed" when
we try to log into sites that you need passwords (i.e.
Hotmail.com, msn messanger, scotiaonline.com ect. ect) How
can we fix it? This happened all the sudden, and we have
no idea how it happened.
