I reseived the folllowing error message 'The page must be
viewed with a high-security Web browser
The resource you are trying to access is secured with a
128-bit version of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). In order to
view this resource, you need a browser that supports this
version of SSL.

Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager

and About Custom Error Messages." will someone out there

Cipher Strength Appears as 0-Bit in Internet Explorer
When you click About Internet Explorer on the Help menu, the cipher strength
entry may be "0-Bit" and you may be unable to connect to secure Web sites.
