It's the job of the concerned applies to register itself to the "clients"
list in the registry. Only then Windows XP will enumerate the list of
browsers, and then display the browser in the list. This article below will
give you an idea how the "Set Program Access and Defaults" thing works,
given in the developer point of view though.

Anybody know why I might be missing an entry in the list.
I have three browsers installed on my machine but only two appear in the
list.
IE and Firefox are listed but not Opera?
