Browser add-in

I went to a website and now there is another toolbar
option (under VIEW, TOOLBARS), plus a toolbar opens up on
the bottom everytime I start IE. Is there a way to see
what options and plug-ins are added to IE and make
changes. I would like to get rid of this unwanted add-in.
