Browse a disk

Hi All,

In an application I develope I have build functionality to send an e-mail
from access using word and mailenevelope. I want to be abel to tie an
attachement to that mail.
My question:

Is there an object availabel in Access (Or from another party) with wich I
can browse a disk (or better My Computer) to select the file to attach?
Where can I find a description of all libraries that can be included and all
objects in the toolbox?
