Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but Brother's Canadian
office has a customer service number:

Their site says they give support for software and product
information, so it sounds like it's worth a shot. If you're not in
Canada, then I suggest you check out their global site -- you should
be able to track down numbers local to you without too much trouble.
