broser saving files

I am trying to download financial information to Quicken
from my bank. When I click on 'Download', my browser
displays the information directly on the browser instead
of prompting me to Save/Open the file. My browser is not
setup to understand the 'File/MIME Type' of the file I am
trying to download
 
Change the file type to prompt for download. Open My Computer. Click on
Tools > Folder Options > File Types. Scroll down to the file type that you
are trying to download and highlight it. Click on Advanced and check
"Confirm open after download". Click OK.
