broadcast or share ppt presentations to other users

how can i broadcast ppt presentations to other users not on my intranet such
as potential clients? i have a client who does not have ppt in his computer.
i have another client who has a mac with no ppt.

how can i broadcast ppt presentations to other users not on my intranet such
as potential clients? i have a client who does not have ppt in his computer.
i have another client who has a mac with no ppt.

There are several options, including

- converting the presentation to PDF (most people have Acrobat Reader; it's a
free download if not),

- saving the presentation via Publish to Web and sending people a link to it on
your web site rather than sending the original presentation

- sending them a link to download a free PPT viewer (not a good solution for
those with newer Macs)
