Hi everyone,
Im pretty new to access, so here's what I need to do:
I have two tables of data consisting of part numbers, part codes, and
quantities.
Each set of data includes labels in the first row.
What I want to do is bring the two together. Where any row has the same
part number, I want it to add the quantity together. ie, if list 1 has
p/n 123, qty 5 and list 2 has p/n 123, qty 3, I want to show the p/n
with a qty of 8.
Layout is as follows:
Part Number || Part Code || Month 1 ..... Month 12 ||
The lists are both similar, but one list contains more data than the
other:
Vehicle || Job || Part Number || Part Code || Month 1 ..... Month 12 ||
Thanks a bunch Be as detailed as you wish, I am trying to learn this
program right now.
