Bring up and take down a dial-up connection from a C# Application?

Hi,

I want to write an application that has the ability to bringup and
takedown a dialup connection?

How could this be done?

Is there a way to bring up and takedown a dialup connection from the
command-line in WinXP?

My Laptop and GPRS phone have bluetooth. I want a little icon tray app
that is always "looking" for my bluetooth phone. If it finds it, it
will bring up the GPRS connection. If the connection becomes unusable,
I'll take it down automatically.
