Bring back product specific help.

When I am in Outlook, I want Outlook specific help, not generic Office help
that does not answer the question I have about Outlook.

Then disable the option to see the help on the web. Help>Customer Feedback
Options?Online Content. Uncheck the "Show content and links from Microsoft
Office Online" option.
