I deleted the Program "Bridge.DLL" through the control
panel Add & Remove programs, think that it had been
installed on my machine illegal like MySearch" does to IE.
Now when I start up the machine it gives me an error
message cannot find the module in the Windows/Progam.

How to I get dack that DLL or shoulg I reinstall Windows
XP Home or should I use sytem restore or can I download
this DLL(or is a program seeing that I uninstalled it)
from a windows site

Please e-mail us on how to solve this problem

Asked here, answered here. You don't want bridge.dll.

Ad Aware tends to leave this behind so that it appears as an error on
startup. An updated SpyBot should be able to remove this error and
might remove more than you expect.

Greetings --

Bridge.dll is _not_ a valid Windows file, it's part of
LoudMarketing's spyware.

To deal with issues caused by any sort of "adware" and/or
"spyware,"such as Gator, Comet Cursors, Smiley Central, Xupiter,
Bonzai Buddy, or KaZaA, and their remnants, that you've deliberately
(but without understanding the consequences) installed, two products
that are quite effective (at finding and removing this type of
scumware) are Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search &
Destroy from www.safer-networking.org/. Both have free versions.
It's even possible to use SpyBot Search & Destroy to "immunize" your
system against most future intrusions. I use both and generally
perform manual scans every week or so to clean out cookies, etc.

Additionally, manual removal instructions for the most common
varieties of scumware are available here:
