Breaking Data into Tabs

I'm not sure this even possible, but thought I'd ask. I'm trying to take
data with about 5000 lines and break them into individual tabs, by a
difference in one column. In my example below I would have 3 new tabs with
the name of the city as the tab name, with all the data for that city in the
tab. Is there a macro out there that can do this?

Philadelphia 2
Philadelphia 2
Philadelphia 3
Boston 3
Boston 5

Create New Sheets from Filtered List -- uses an Advanced Filter to create
separate sheet of orders for each sales rep visible in a filtered list; macro
automates the filter. AdvFilterRepFiltered.xls 35 kb

Update Sheets from Master -- uses an Advanced Filter to send data from
Master sheet to individual worksheets -- replaces old data with current.
