Borders

I have set my borders and they look great when viewing
1024 x 768 however if someone is viewing it 800 x 600
only the top border adjusts and the right and left get
out of whack. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Looks Ok @ 800x600
but don't build your table in fixed px
- instead build them in %
Or if you want a fixed width stay below 760 px total as a maximum table and content size width

Remove the following illegal attributes from your body tag
width="102%" align="center"
