Can someone please attach me the bootvis tool? I need to check my startup...

Along with other tools we use to make new components (RegMon, FileMon, Dependency Walker, RegSnap/InCtrl5).

I found it funny that Microsoft refers to the tools a lot (in this NG, from the MS folks tech.articles, etc.) but did not and does
not plan to include the tools in to the XPe package.

Yes you are right. Along with few other command line tools from server 2003.
Few months I filled a request feedback for this. You should do the same.
