Circularity goes in circles: If you try the MS link you provided, you
get an error page. If, on that page, you search for bootvis, and then
click on the first link on the provided search information, which is for
downloading bootvis.exe, you get taken back to the link you provided.
However, I remember seeing bootvis.exe being available again, a few days
ago, _somewhere_ on MS; however, I'd have to go in circles to find it
again, alas.
