Bootup?

My computer "boots up" after the receiver on the phone
is lifted from cradle, all of my phone connections have
been checked and are correct, why is this happening and
what can I do to stop it, could their be a backdoor to my
computer that a hacker has found? please respond ASAP

Check your computer's manual for instructions on accessing the system BIOS.
You'll be looking for a setting such as "Wake on Ring" or similar.
