Be aware that changing a bootscreen in XP requires editing or replacing
vital system files which have full access to everything on your PC. Using a
file editing by someone else could potentially contain harmful code so do it
at your own risk... That said, I've yet to see any do anything dodgy so
you're probably OK, but you should be aware of the potential risks...
