Turn this feature off and then use your event viewer to
see what is causing the reboot. go>start\control panel and
double click system to open it. Now click the advanced tab
and under startup and recovery click the settings button.
Now uncheck the box beside 'automatically restart'. click
out until you have the control panel only. Now double
click the administrative tools to open them and then the
event viewer and double click the applications log to open
it and look for any red Xs. Double click them to open a
details screen and post back with the errors. Try the
other two logs as well to see what conflicts you may have.
It may just be that you need the proper driver for a
certain app or hardware. Keep smiling.
Hello!
Does it happen in Safe mode also?
Scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus.
Open contrl panel >Administrative Tools >Event Viewer -here you look for
application errors.
Right click on My Computer >Select properties > System Properties >Advanced
Startup and Recovery > Settings> Uncheck Automatically restart box under
system failure > ok >Reboot
It will definitely come up with specific error next time.Which will help you
to detect the exact error.
