booting

i use vista and xp, when changing from to vista or vice versa i have to
restart, is there a better soloution to this?

Not if you are dual booting
An alternative would be run your Windows Vista install in a Microsoft
Virtual PC 2004, virtual PC session.

have 2004 version....trying it out now. but dual booting means what?like
with me, havior more ops installed?

Yes. Dual or Multi booting is having multiple opertaing system installed and
having to reboot and choose your OS from a Boot Loader menu each time.
