Booting up with Recovery-DVD: TFT-Monitor becomes "blurred"!!

Hello,

When I attempt to boot up with the Vista Home Premium
Recovery-DVD, my TFT Monitor will display a complete
"blurred" (unreadable) screen with even the mouse cursor
being displayed...twice; ie. two arrows "side by side"!

But needless to state, that no problem at all in this regard
when the PC is being booted up "the normal way".

So any valuable tip would be now highly appreciated...

Who made/supplied the "recovery" disk. Microsoft does not do so. Contact
those whom you got it from - the computer manufacturer.
