Booting up problem

Hi all,

After installing a dirver (audio) my Pc just doesn't boot up. The first
procedure is ok. but when it comes to the GUI it just gives a blank screen.
It also freezes i think. I am currently running window xp on the machine. We
cannot even bootup in safe mode.

If anyone out there can help, please do...

See if removing the soundcard will help. If it's integrated, it can be
disabled in the BIOS.

What sound card do you have. And have a look on the driver website, see
if there are any more recent updates or if there have been any problems
with your version.
