Can anybody please suggest me that how to make a bootable
Windows XP floppy.

The Windows XP installation CD is also a "startup disk"
and contains the tools necessary to perform repairs.

.I went to microsoft.com the Win XP to make my bootable
disk, it takes about 6 floppies and as I remember you
need the floppies that are 2mb or larger to hold all the
files. I hope this is helpful.

You can only make an MS-DOS standard boot floppy with XP. If you want a XP
boot disk, then the XP CD is what you need to use.
