Bootable CD Rom with Service Pack

A

~~Alan~~

How do I create a bootable XP installation CD with the latest and greatest
service pack installed into the installation? Can I assume the procedure is
the same for XP Home, XP Pro, Win2k Pro, and Win2k Server?

Step by step instructions would be nice.

Thanks,
~Alan
