Hello, I Am trying to create a service pack 1 integrated with my original cd
for windows xp home using roxio easy cd creator 5....I Get to the step where
you browse for the SS-BOOT Folder, I see no such folder or file on my
cd....I have a integrated cd disk already so all i need is to make it
bootable like the original windows xp home which I Am unable to do because
unable to located the bootable image..can someone help me please....

I only need where to find the bootable image file on my windows xp home disk
so I Can add it to my already integrated windows xp sp1 disk, not
bootable....

you need a ISO buster to lift the MS image off the cd. SS
Boot is where you're putting all the files piror to the
burn.

I just asked this same question in another NG. I was sent to this site:
http://www.theeldergeek.com/slipstreamed_xpsp1_cd.htm where the instructions
worked like a champ.

After the install, you'll still have to download and install the critical
updates.

Incorrect. You can incorporate Rollup1, containing all the Post SP1
hotfixes, into your slipstreamed install CD. They will be installed
automatically during the XP install.
