Boot Up

I wrote earlier about XP Home stopping just before the user account logon
screen. I performed an Alt/Tab and got two items, one reading Log On To
Windows the other Windows Logon. In either case I cannot go past this point,
can anyone help.

On next Startup, tap F8 until you get a Menu. Select Safe Mode. If
WinXP loads in safe mode try a system restore.
Go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. If
this doesnt work try a Repair Install. You
will need a WinXP CD. For more info check here

That's also an issue the same thing occurs when attempting to get into safe
mode. It just sits there.
