Boot Sectors- How Do You Restore

I have made several attempts to run Error Check and the message I get is
that "The first NTFS boot sector is unreadable. Reading the second NTFS boot
sector insead. All NTFS boot sectors are unreadab le. cannot continue."
I is possible to restore or rebuild the boot sectors withou reloading my
computer?. If it is, how do I do it?
