Boot Problems

hi all,
a couple of days ago i started getting these two windows
error messeges when i start my machine. the errors
stagger; get one per boot; first one error, then restart,
then the second error, then restart, then the first
error, then restart, then the second error, then restart,
then the first error again, then restart, then the second
error again, etc. if i hit ok on either error messege
the machine runs fine till i restart.
first error messege:
BCCode:a BCP1: 00000063 BCP2: 00000002 BCP3: 00000000
BCP4: 804EBD61 OSVER: 5.1.2600 SP:0_0 Product: 256_1
second error messege:
BCCode:1000008e BCP1: C0000005 BCP2: 804593E5 BCP3:
F54DB8D8
BCP4: 804EBD61 OSVER: 5.1.2600 SP:0_0 Product: 256_1
