Boot.ini

I remember the boot.ini in NT 4 where I could edit the
boot menu. Is there one for 200 advanced Server? Or is
there a way to do it via Admin? I tried but cvould not
find anything.

It's there in the root of the active partition (usually c. It is probably
hidden by the "Hide Protected Operating System Files" option. See this
