Boot.ini for SATA

For some reason the boot.ini file disapeared off my C drive. It still boots,
but I get a message "boot.ini invalid, booting from C drive."

I have no problem typing up a boot.ini for an IDE drive, but I am booting
from SATA.

I assume a boot from SATA does use a boot.ini file.

Does anyone know what the boot.ini file should look like for a SATA drive?
