Boot Failure

I have an Albatron KX18D Pro II board with a problem. Yesterday, the
AC power failed. When power was restored, I tried to boot this comp,
and got: "!!Warning!! Loading Bios setting, Don't Reset or Power Off"
on the screen for 10-15 seconds, then the video bios message again
followed by endless repeats of the warning.

This MB has a Bios Mirror function. There is a DIP switch that I can
throw to access a spare bios. With the switch thrown, I get the same
!!Warning!!

The BIOS is an Award. I see where some Award bioses will re-flash
from a floppy when damaged, but there is no hard drive access while
attempting to boot.

Albatron does not appear to have end-user customer support.

Any suggestions on forcing a BIOS flash? Anyone familiar with BIOS
Mirror? Could this be a slightly-bad PSU?

Thanks for your thoughts.

False Alarm! Tried a CMOS reset and all is well! I didn't try this
sooner, since the error message pointed elsewhere.

Always try the "simple" things first.

Thanks anyway.
